Vincent Guzzetta M.D. F.A.C.S. underwent his surgical residency at Yale. Currently, he works in a private practice in San Diego where he has been for 40 years. Board Certified in Vascular Surgery since 1986, Dr. Guzzetta is a member of the Soceity of Vascular Surgery and Western Vascular Society. He is a past president of the Southern California Society of Vascular Surgery. In addition to treating all forms of arterial disease, the talented Dr. Guzzetta has maintained a Vein Clinic for the past thirty years, employing ablation and sclerotherapy techniques.
Scott E. Musicant, M.D., F.A.C.S. completed his 2 year fellowship in vascular and endovascular surgery at Oregon Health & Science University in 2006. His vascular training included both surgical and interventional radiological training, including a 3 month fellowship at the Dotter Interventional Institute in Portland. He completed 5 years of general surgical training and a year of vascular research at Oregon Health & Science University. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Vermont and completed his undergraduate degree at UCLA. Dr. Musicant has published multiple articles in peer reviewed journals and presented his research at several national and regional meetings, including those of the Society for Vascular Surgery and the Western Vascular Society. Currently, he works in La Mesa, CA and specializes in Vascular Surgery. Dr. Musicant is board certified by the American Board of Surgery with qualification in vascular surgery
Thomas T. Terramani, M.D. completed his two-year fellowship in vascular surgery and endovascular therapy at Emory University. His vascular training includes both surgical and interventional radiological training, as well as minimally-invasive endovascular treatment of vascular disease. Dr. Terramani is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in Vascular Surgery. His major areas of interests are percutaneous minimally-invasive vascular interventions and anterior lumbar spine exposures for spinal fusion procedures.
Dr. Patrick R. Cook M.D. recently retired from the U.S Army as a Colonel and joined Vascular Associates of San Diego. Board certified in Vascular Surgery since 2008, Dr. Cook is a graduate of the Vascular Surgery Fellowship Program at UCSD and Scripps Green Hospital. As the newest member of the largest board certified vascular surgery group in San Diego, he specializes in the evaluation and management of all forms of arterial and venous disease.
