Peptide that can be used in research

There has been a notable rise in scientific interest of research compounds. Professionals realize that pure peptides may exhibit significant efficacy in specific circumstances, and they are becoming more readily available for study. Research Peptides: What Are They?

You may skip this section if you know the differences between regular Collagen and Creatine peptides.

Peptides are amino acids (a protein's building components) joined by peptide bonds. These peptide chains may affect physiological functions differently based on their amino acid sequence.

Studies suggest a powerful lipolysis impact [i] may be expected from Growth Hormone (hGH) Fragment, whereas a powerful angiogenesis effect [ii] may be expected from a compound like Body Protection Compound 157 (BPC-157). Although they share the “peptide” name, their proposed mechanisms of action couldn't be more different.

Growth hormone (HGH), peptide-coupled receptor 157 (BPC-157), and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) are among the most widely researched peptides. There is a long list of properties associated with peptides in research, including:

  • Strength and muscular endurance [iii]
  • Adipose tissue degredation [i].
  • Enhanced reproductive functioning [iv]
  • Tissue repair [ii]
  • Properties mitigating aging symptoms [v]

Not all peptides have been authorized for human consumption due to a lack of study, and many are still considered research compounds. Peptides are typically only available to scientists as research compounds.

Popularly Studied Peptides

Finding the "best" of something is complicated because of all the factors that must be considered. Given this, HGH Fragment, IGF DES, HCG, Melanotan II, and CJC 1295 are among the most widely studied of the research peptides.

HGH Fragment 176-192 (AOD 9604)

The breakdown of free fatty acids for utilization as fuel is known as fat loss or beta-oxidation. Findings imply that HGH Fragment, a novel peptide, has exhibited potential within the context of obesity as seen in animal in vitro studies. This is cut from the full HGH Peptide, and has been suggested via research findings to promote lipolysis, potentially more effectively than the full native peptide.

Researchers speculate it may raise blood levels of the enzyme lipase, which may cause more fat to be released from fat cells into the bloodstream [i]. With greater presence of fat in the bloodstream, organisms may more easily utilize that fat as an energy source. From this process, research studies have suggested that HGH Fragment may aid fat loss.

IGF-1 DES Peptide

Studies suggest IGF-1 DES is distinct from conventional IGF since it lacks the protein's last three amino acids. This may substantially boost efficacy, which in turn may boost anabolic potential. Only a few suppliers carry it since it is still a relatively new peptide.

HCG Peptide

Hypogonadism is characterized by extremely low levels of testosterone: below 300 ng/dL. Research suggests peptides may mimic the hormones that stimulate testosterone synthesis, or even produce an increase in those hormones as part of an effort to resume the production of testosterone.

Findings imply chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) is the most widely studied peptide considered for supplementing this deficit. HCG influence may induce greater production of luteinizing hormones, thereby potentially stimulating more testosterone production.

CJC-1295 Peptide

CJC-1295 is classified as GHRP (Growth hormone-releasing peptide) and research teams suggest the peptide’s potential efficacy in the production and release of natural growth hormone. Typically, GHRHs (Growth hormone-releasing hormones) and GHRPs (Growth hormone-releasing peptides) are researched for their impact in growth hormone production.

Melanotan II Peptide

Research suggests Melanotan is an agonist for penile tissue, potentially mitigating the effects of erectile dysfunction. As peptide science develops, this may become a more prevalent compound when considering erectile dysfunction. Studies also suggest alleged appetite-suppressing effects of Melanotan, which has been linked to its potential for weight reduction through reducing food intake. There are websites where you can buy Melanotan 2 if you need a supply for research purposes.
